About Me & Contact
In 1997, soon after graduating at ISIA, I started working as web designer in Florence (Italy).
In 2002 I moved to my hometown of Sassuolo and I began to focus on graphic design for print so to expand my area of expertise. There I worked for Exprimo, a local advertising agency which was very well known and respected within the ceramic tiles industry.
My role at Exprimo was very versatile, from designing catalogues, brochures and logos to designing trade-fair publicity, point-of-sales, animated presentations in Flash and several websites. It is at Exprimo that my talent for designing logos, which also got me the nickname “Logoman”, persuaded me to capitalize on this aspect of my work, while still refining my skills in web-design.
Since moving to Cambridge (UK) in 2008, I have also consolidated my knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress as part of my core skill set.
Now, as Senior Digital Designer in SCM World, London, my experience in branding both print and web had result in a big contribution to the rebrand of the company and the creation of brand guidelines. Recently I am working on the redesign of the website. I have been involved in the development of the App, its functionality and design, and we are creating an email preference centre, with the support of the IT team we are designing an automated email system for our clients.
